Boston, MA – Dominican-born executive, immigrant, and diversity leader Rosa J. Núñez has been recognized among the 2025 ALX100: Latino Leaders Making a Difference Across Massachusetts, an initiative led by We Are ALX in partnership with The Boston Globe.
The ALX100 highlights the most influential Latino voices shaping culture, business, policy, and community impact across the Commonwealth.
The 2025 ALX100 selection process was co-chaired by Massachusetts Governor Maura Healey and Boston Mayor Michelle Wu, underscoring the significance of this honor at the highest levels of state and city leadership.
According to We Are ALX, “the ALX100 celebrates the vision, leadership, and impact of Latinos who are shaping the future of Massachusetts across every sector.”
For Núñez, who proudly represents the Dominican diaspora in Massachusetts, this recognition is both humbling and powerful. “As a Latina, in particular as an immigrant from the Dominican Republic, I am deeply honored to receive this recognition.
Even in the midst of challenges, this honor is a reminder that resilience, faith, and purpose can transform adversity into strength. I am proud of my roots, proud to represent the Dominican diaspora, and committed to continuing the work that uplifts our people,” said Núñez.
Núñez has established herself as a nationally recognized executive in Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI) leadership, serving in senior roles across global organizations and law firms.
Today, she is preparing to launch her own consulting practice, Inclusion Forward Group, which will provide leadership coaching, inclusive leadership training, and DEI advisory services to organizations and executives.

Her recognition in the ALX100 is a proud moment not only for Massachusetts but also for the Dominican Republic, where her journey began.
